Job Title: Telemarketing Representative (Students Preferred)

Job Description: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to gain valuable work experience, develop communication skills, and earn extra income while maintaining a flexible schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote State Farm products/services.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
  • Record and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred, but not required).
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
